Terms of Service - Dots Pro

By using Dots Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Dots Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features ("Pro Plan").

Subscription Periods: Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
Subscription Prices: As displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and Security PIN. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Encryption

You retain ownership of any content you save in Dots Pro. We provide end-to-end encryption for your private content. You are responsible for keeping your Recovery Key safe; if lost, your encrypted data cannot be recovered by us.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dots Pro and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. EULA

By using this App, you also agree to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple EULA.
